Official Contest Rules
Eligibility
Employees and family members of Donze Communications cannot participate. Participants must be U.S. residents. Age requirements vary by contest. For minors, a parent or guardian must sign a release. The term “immediate family” encompasses spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren along with extended relations and household members.
Prize Limitations
Winners receive one prize per household. Prizes must be claimed within 30 days of contest end. Certain prizes are date-specific, and winners must be available on those dates. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. If a winner cannot be contacted or is disqualified, Donze Communications may select an alternate winner or withhold the prize.
Voting Contests
When listener voting occurs, each person is limited to one vote per contestant. Multiple and/or irregular votes from the same user may result in contestant disqualification.
Publicity and Personal Information
By participating, contestants grant Donze Communications permission to use their names, photographs, voices, and likenesses for promotional purposes without royalty claims. The company may share personal information with third parties for marketing.
Liability Waiver
Participants must sign a waiver releasing Donze Communications, sponsors, and their agents from liability claims related to injury or loss from contest participation or prize use.
Tax Responsibility
Winners are solely responsible for taxes on prizes. Those winning over $600 receive an IRS Form 1099.
Dispute Resolution
Donze Communications interprets rules and resolves disputes with final authority. Donze Communications reserves the right to terminate contests or substitute prizes as needed.
